Returns & Cancellations
We want you to be delighted with your womensmatalan.com purchases. If you’re not entirely happy, you can return most items for a full refund. Please see our policy details below.
Returns Policy
You have 28 days from the date you receive your item to return it to us for a full refund. The item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on face masks, cosmetics, pierced jewellery or swimwear unless faulty.
How to Return an Item
Returning Items Purchased Online
You can return items bought online in one of two ways:
- By Post: You can return your item using our free returns service via the Post Office. Please log into your account, select the item you wish to return and follow the instructions to generate your returns label.
- In Store: You can return online purchases to any of our stores for free. Just take your item and your order confirmation email (digital or printed) to a store. Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Returning Items Purchased In Store
Please take the item and your original proof of purchase back to any womensmatalan.com store. We are unable to process in-store purchases through the postal returns service.
Refunds
Once we have received your return, we will process your refund as soon as possible. Refunds for online purchases will be issued to the original payment method used and can take up to 14 days to show on your statement, depending on your bank. For returns made in store, refunds will be issued to the original payment method or via a gift card.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us. We will be happy to help and arrange a replacement or refund for you.
Cancellations
Cancelling an Online Order
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us immediately. If your order has already been dispatched, you can still return it to us for a full refund once you receive it, following our standard returns procedure.
Cancelling a Click & Collect Order
If you wish to cancel a Click & Collect order, please contact us. If the order has not yet been dispatched to the store, we can cancel it for you. If it has already been dispatched, you can refuse the collection at the store or return the item for a refund once collected.
Please note that this policy does not affect your statutory rights.
